• Coordination with the distributor of the quantity of goods to be distributed and sales schedules.
• Improving allocation algorithms.
• Participation in weekly video meetings with distributors on current issues and new projects
• Periodic visits to distributors for personal meetings (business trips to other countries)
• New project analysis and support for the marketing department in determining sales goals.
• Statistical analysis of results to forecast demand behaviour and adjust deviations of retail sales.
• Definition of optimal quantities to be distributed for the planning and purchasing department.
• Control of sales KPIs.
• Viewing monthly results and giving feedback for the marketing and management control departments.
• Automation of processes and creation of tools for analysis and measurement of results.

RequisitosWhat we would like to see in your CV:

• University degree in a scientific field (industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, business administration, economics or ITM)
• Valuable Master’s or PhD degree with specialization in supply chain, business analytics or operations management.
• High level of English and a very valuable level of French.
• Advanced user of Excel, Access and preferably SQL, Python, Power BI.
• 2 years of experience in area of analysis or planning tasks.
• Excellent analytical and management skills.
• Creative, sociable, decisive, self-organized, proactive person, focused on continuous process improvement, multitasking, accustomed to working in changing conditions and under pressure.
