Dispatch Network Engineer

Función Principal:

Coordinar la atención de mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos en campo, para actividades de Planta externa, planta interna y energía. Esto incluye, trámite de accesos, gestión de repuestos, seguimiento a técnicos y reportería.

Requisitos

• Estudiante de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas o carrera afín.
• Vehículo propio para transportarse a la oficina.
• Disponibilidad de horario (Existe un esquema de turnos)

Conocimientos Específicios:

• Excel básico.
• Conocimientos de computación.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Principios básicos de electrónica.
• Programación básica deseable.
• Conocimiento de plataformas de monitoreo en sistemas de telecomunicaciones.
• Experiencia mínima de un año.

Competencias y Habilidades

• Compromiso para prestar un buen servicio al cliente.
• Resolución de problemas.
• Disposición para trabajar bajo presión.
