It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Internship Job Description:The trainee will be part of Industrial Maintenance team of Airbus Illescas Plant. This team is responsible of keeping in service all the machines used in the production process, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, repairing the machines in case of breakdown, performing troubleshooting, maintaining records of maintenance activities and making recommendations for improvements.*Tasks to be performed by the student:Participation in the following tasks indicated below:– Give support to the Maintenance Engineering Team.– Standardization of Spare Parts and Warehouse Optimization– Developing a Predictive Maintenance Strategy– Analyze and improve Preventive Maintenance Tasks, Spare Parts and Autonomous Maintenance Tasks.– Digitalizacion and automatization of Maintenance Data Analysis– Participating in plant routines (TPM, etc.)– Monitoring of maintenance KPIs– Fault diagnosis (fault codes)– Supervision of technical tasks– Management of spare parts for maintenance tasks– Analysis of repetitive breakdowns– Analysis of technical documentation (Reports, documents…)

• Knowledge that the student must acquire:

– Project management (Milestones of media acquisition and implementation)– Specific Industrial Maintenance tools (management software)– Industrial Organization– Industrial Maintenance Management– Maintenance Methodologies

• Within which projects or areas the internship will be carried out:
