Your Impact

-You develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and plans that meet the needs of the organization
-You conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to the organization
-You define recovery objectives, timelines, as well as procedures in case of a disaster and test and evaluate the effectiveness of recovery plans
-You conduct regular training and awareness sessions to ensure employees are familiar with disaster recovery plans and procedures
-You work with IT teams and vendors to ensure that data backup and recovery systems are in place and functional
-You monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost optimization
-You identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to disaster recovery to management and stakeholders
Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
-Proven experience in disaster recovery planning and management
-Knowledge of data backup and recovery systems and technologies
-Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
