What do you have to offer?A great passion for leading change processes and a strong desire to deliver high-quality, strategic change. But also:
- Master degree in Business or Engineering combined with an MBA or equivalent through experience
- Ideally, you have gained experience in a strategic and/or management consultancy
- Experience in dealing with senior management and in translating business strategies into actionable roadmaps
- You can work in a matrix structure, have strong project management and people management skills
- Excellent change management and influencing skills
- You have a vision and you are able to develop a strategy and think out of the box
- Analytical, process-oriented, communicative, multicultural attitude
Which task can you expect?As a key member of the SD Worx leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the ambitious growth plans aimed at creating sustainable profitable growth, putting the customer at the centre of everything SD Worx does. You will work closely with Excom and the CEO and support them on all major programmes (M&A, investments, strategic plans, ….).In this role, you will have a strong influence on the definition and execution of the strategy as you will act as an advisor to the CEO, the Executive Committee and the entire SD Worx leadership team.You will be closely involved in the annual strategy process and preparation of long-term plans as well as strategy implementation.As a genuine and authentic leader, you will initiate and drive change in the organisation and challenge the status quo.
