What you will do as a Director of Sales

· To support in the creation of the annual Hotel Business Plan along with other members of the Sales Team and the DOCS.

· To help create and execute the Commercial Strategy & action plan ensuring that all relevant markets are covered and that the plan is measured on a bi-weekly basis.

· To manage the Sales Managers on a day to day basis, ensuring they are meeting their targets according to Personal Business plans and customer service criteria as well as exceeding total revenue goals.

· To support the Commercial meetings encouraging all members of the team to participate.

· To manage a portfolio of pre-defined accounts and markets

· To pro-actively manage the relationship with Hyatt Sales Force ensuring the hotel is always top of mind.
