Calling all passionate storytellers and sales mavericks!

A brand new hotel is opening its doors in Rome this summer and they’re searching for two dynamic individuals to join their pre-opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning, shaping the narrative and driving sales for a hotel poised to become a landmark in the Eternal City.

About the Roles:

* Secure and develop new business relationships, focusing on leisure sales.
* Craft compelling sales strategies to maximize revenue for the hotel’s upcoming summer opening.
* Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a lifestyle hotel in Rome.
* In-depth knowledge of Rome’s cultural scene and tourism landscape.
* A genuine passion for art and a desire to showcase the city’s unique artistic heritage.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Bonus Points:

* Event planning experience (especially F&B events).
* Experience working in a pre-opening environment.
