This includes automating/streamlining processes, systems and data analytics in lead-to-order, order-to-bill/revenue, forecasting/planning and to ensure seamless alignment across these functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, commercial/sales finance, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the company’s objectives.Designing, implementing, and managing effective sales compensation programs that drive sales performance, ensure competitive pay practices, and align with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with sales leadership, finance, human resources, and other stakeholders to develop incentive structures that motivate the sales team, support business objectives, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Leadership & StrategySupport the GVP of Revenue Operations to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team.Collaborate with senior leadership to align on revenue goals and strategies.Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to the sales leadership team.Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities related to sales activities.Develop and implement financial models and tools to support sales planning and performance tracking.Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop and manage the sales budget, including revenue and expense forecasts.Conduct detailed financial analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and sales performance indicators.Reporting & CompliancePrepare and present financial reports, including sales performance, budget variance analysis, and financial projections.Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.Sales OperationsOptimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Implement and manage sales enablement tools and CRM systems to support the sales team.Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.Data & AnalyticsOversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Use data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and make informed strategic decisions.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems.Process ImprovementContinuously evaluate and improve revenue-related processes and workflows.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.Manage change effectively to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.Sales Incentive CompensationCompensation Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales compensation strategies that align with business objectives. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices. Design incentive programs that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomesProgram Management: Oversee the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.Collaboration and Communication: Partner with sales leadership to understand business goals and challenges. Work with finance and HR teams to ensure alignment of compensation programs with overall company policies and financial constraints. Communicate compensation plans and changes to the sales team effectively.Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales performance data to assess the impact of compensation plans on sales results. Prepare regular reports for senior management on compensation program effectiveness and sales performance. Use data insights to forecast sales trends and adjust compensation plans as necessary.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of sales compensation budgets. Monitor compensation expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Provide input for financial forecasting related to sales compensation costsRequirements:MBA from a leading business school as a top academic performer in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations with a strong emphasis in analytics and scenario analysis.Proven track record of leading and scaling revenue operationsDemonstrated job stability with increasing levels of responsibility.Results oriented, hands-on contributor.Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results.Strong financial systems and business application skills, including Oracle or SAP, Hyperion ESSbase, Business Objects, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in revenue operations tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team player with a positive attitude and inherent leadership capabilityOrganized, detail oriented, and strong ability to multi-taskAdaptability and continuous improvement mindsetFor more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
