Job DescriptionA great opportunity to join as a Human Resource Director at a Luxury 5 star hotel in RomeRequirements:

• Have at least 5 years’ within Human Resources at senior lead leadership team level, ideally in the 4 or 5 Star Hotel industry

• Experience handling grievances, disciplinaries and appeals

• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation

• Proficiency in both verbal and written Italian and English

• Able to build strong relationships and project a positive attitude

• Inspiring leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals at all levels of the business and teams

• Highly developed skills in oral, written and presentation skills; able to express a viewpoint clearly and decisively
