- Have at least 5 years’ within Human Resources at senior lead leadership team level, ideally in the 4 or 5 Star Hotel industry
- Experience handling grievances, disciplinaries and appeals
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation
- Proficiency in both verbal and written Italian and English
- Able to build strong relationships and project a positive attitude
- Inspiring leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals at all levels of the business and teams
- Highly developed skills in oral, written and presentation skills; able to express a viewpoint clearly and decisively
