Ready to take the lead at a premium golf and leisure destination and shape the next chapter of its golf operation? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced golf professional to combine leadership, commercial growth, and exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

* Lead the day-to-day golf operation and team
* Drive membership, events, partnerships, and revenue growth
* Develop relationships with members, guests, corporate clients, and golf partners
* Maintain exceptional service and operational standards
* Work closely with other departments to create premium guest experiences
* Manage budgets, performance, and commercial targets

About You

* Previous experience as a Director of Golf, Golf Manager, or similar senior role
* Strong understanding of golf operations and commercial development
* Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
* Experience within luxury hospitality, resorts, or golf environments preferred
* Commercially driven, hands-on, and confident working with senior stakeholders
* Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
