about the roleMissionsGlobal Marketing & Communication of Orange Business is recruiting a Director of Events management.
The position reports to the Director of Global Marketing and Communications.The Events Director leads the design, production and organization of French and International events for customers, partners, and influencers as well as the participation of Orange Business in line industry and analyst events – in line with the strategy and business priorities of Orange Business.1. Definition and management of the Orange Business Events strategy, prioritisation and roadmapIn coordination with the Global Marketing & Communications management team, Sales Channels and Business Lines you define the priorities and selection of customer, partner, industry and analyst events – in line with the marketing plan priorities.You develop and maintain the global events roadmap and manage the associated event budget.As part of the roadmap and in line with the marketing plan, you determine Orange Business speaker placement opportunities and assist executive and experts in their speaker appearances in selected industry events.You conduct the analysis of events to measure their effectiveness, identify the key success factors and demonstrate the events’ ROI.2. Management of the Events team and the transversal events communityYou manage a team of Event Managers, as well as external vendors.You support them to guarantee the Events mission, namely to be the reference center in event communication.You lead and increase the digital skills of the Events Managers of your team and more broadly of the Orange Business community.You ensure the promotion and the communication via tools, actions and media created for the community of Events Managers (dedicated plazza, Event Center of Excellence, Master class, network animation).3. Design and management of Orange Business customer eventsAlong with your event project managers, you will provide project management for flagship customer events – Orange Business Summit and Hello! World – and coordinate the presence of Orange Business during key industry or customer community events.You definition and design of the overall project framework, animate and coordinate the project streams to ensure event logistics, content strategy, customer journey and engagement, robust sales and marketing follow up and tracking produce tangible business outcomes.You mobilize all stakeholders of the events incl sales channels, executive teams and marketing business lines to achieve quantitative participation objectives and meet the strategic ambitions linked to these events.You are an expert in hybrid, face-to-face or digital event formats – 3 formats which now define the event catalog.about youExpected skills:
