If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of millions of patients worldwide, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.Behind the titleAs the Director of Digital Health Strategy & Program Management, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the Digital Strategy & Program Management team, driving the development and execution of digital health strategies in close partnership with our commercial Therapy Areas.Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop forward looking digital health and integrated treatment strategies
• Maintaining a portfolio overview of therapy area digital strategies and key initiatives to ensure reporting on progress and management of relevant governance forums
• Driving the evaluation and selection of digital health technologies and connect relevant programs in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the adoption of digital health and integrated treatment solutions across the organization
• Overseeing the program management of digital health initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and implementation

Which competencies to bringTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital health strategy and program management
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of digital health trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in developing digital health strategies in a global organization with a deep understanding of the pharma value chain from drug discovery to commercialization
• Extensive experience working with pharma development organization in term of early drug development digital strategy and clinical decision support
• Experience with Global Drug Development stakeholder management and ability and interest in obtaining deep therapy understanding and drug portfolio understanding

On a personal level, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and possess a strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and change.
