You will be working with colleagues from different parts of the organisation such as process SMEs, technical experts and change experts, reaching successful results through collaboration.Your daily tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Design, develop and execute projects
  • Plan and coordinate projects, and ensure progress adherence
  • Identify the right competences to execute the projects
  • Manage stakeholders, communications, and project risks/issues
  • Oversee project budgeting and reporting

QualificationsWe are seeking candidates that have the following qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience leading complex, cross-functional digital projects in regulated industries
  • Proven success in project leadership and technology implementation
  • Background and experience with digitalisation processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

You are comfortable challenging traditional methodologies and have an eagerness to build something new.About the departmentIn Digital Quality and New Technologies, we are responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation in the quality space across the global organisation.We consist of team members in Bagsværd, Denmark and Bangalore, India, responsible for creating digital products making quality processes simpler and more effective and improving the way we do quality in Novo Nordisk.To achieve the best value for the organisation, we are curious about technologies and are having a wide scope spanning from no-code/low code to full-stack and most recently generative AI.Working at Novo NordiskAt Novo Nordisk, we do not wait for change.
