About the roleAs a Customer Service Project & Digitalization Manager, you’ll orchestrate the digital transformation journey, driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your days will be filled with collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing processes, and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to streamline operationsMain responsibilities will include:

• Analysing current operations and identifying areas for digital transformation
• Researching and evaluating emerging customer service technologies
• Leading end-to-end project management for digital initiatives
• Ensuring projects meet objectives within schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Develop your team and encourage growth

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience with CRM technologies like Salesforce, Genesys, AI, and automation
• Passion for innovation and technology trends
• Project management skills and experience
• Customer-centric approach and global orientation
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English, with additional languages an asset
