Job description

The role of the Tech Lead is to make a bridge between the development team and the business by coordinating the different projects of digital content creation (around 1500 requests per year: Flat or Interactive PDF/PPT, Customised emails, HTML content for eDetails). Our Leads also organise monthly trainings and a general training plan for stakeholders. They need to be able to handle many stakeholders, remember the processes and their specific exceptions.· Task / Daily activities

• Be part of the Digital Solutions team
• Organize and follow up different digital content types deliveries
• The team will be part of a bigger strategic roadmap: communication & the ability to compromise will be the key to success

Required Skills / ExperienceCompetencies

• Solution driven and consultative mindset (not a problem seeing mindset)

• Spot process optimisations and act on it
• Ideally Master of Science (Commercial or Engineering) with 1-2 years of experience
• Known methodologies : Agile – SCRUM

Ideal candidate must haves:

• Project Management (with 1-2 years of experience)
• Be very organised!
• Local (Belgium)

Nice to have:

• Business analyst experience is a plus
• Pharma experience will be a plus

Language: English (mandatory) + French/DutchLocation: Hybrid – Homeworking + 1day/week in HQ (Brussels-Anderlecht)How many days/ week? 5 days/week (full time)Must be eligable to work or be a citizen of the EU to apply for this position320 Euro- 376 Euro
