• Design and develop innovative digital experiences across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Leverage and enrich our way of working on technology and product level
• Implement responsive design practices to ensure seamless performance on various devices.
• Optimize applications and workflows for speed and efficiency in digital solutions.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback.
• Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks to improve digital offerings.
• Keep up-to-date with the fast-evolving landscape of technologies and innovations, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your teammates

RequirementsTHE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

• Proven experience in digital product engineering.
• Are well-versed, experienced, and truly passionate in frontend (Typescript, React, Vue.js, …) development.
• Master the art of coding: your code is clean and understandable, and you’re proud of it!
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have experience with scrum – that’s a big plus!
• Strong grasp of software development best practices, including various methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• A mindset aligned with our values of amazement, heart, and results.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects that move people, organizations, and society.
