Digital Solution Advisor Specialist for SAP S/4HANA Cloud (f/m/d)

We’re excited to expand our Digital Solution Advisory teams, which are dedicated to servicing the Middle and Eastern European region. We’re on the hunt for talented individuals experienced in SAP S/4HANA Cloud to cover the markets of Romania and/or Croatia and Slovenia within our region.

Digital Solution Advisors operationalize this goal by leveraging an array of digital tools and reusable assets, blended with comprehensive solution expertise and customer empathy. This is an exciting and pivotal role!

Job Profile 

As a Digital Solution Advisor, you will serve as a domain expert with extensive business process knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Through direct interaction with prospective clients and partners, you will demonstrate SAP solutions and provide expert advice regarding business outcomes and the value they gain. Your ultimate goal is to steer these presales conversations toward successful deal closings.

  • and can advise a large client base of up to 100 customers annually.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to propose the optimal solution.
  • Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers’ specific business requirements.
  • Mapping product capabilities to business requirements.
  • drive sales cycles independently.
  • Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with the global RfX center.
  • Involve partners in opportunities and backing them to sell effectively.
  • Initiate and support business development activities for the respective markets.
  • Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, presales or in product-expert roles such as product/solution management.
  • Foundation of business processes and capabilities of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions (ideally SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) with a specialization in two of the following areas:
  • Finance and Controlling
  • Sales
  • Sourcing and procurement
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Manufacturing
  • In addition to being fluent in English for business purposes, fluency in Czech, Hungarian, or Polish is required to advise our clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed.
