If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As a Digital Projects Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing scoping, prioritization, and execution of digital initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&I, QFS), explore innovative solutions, and ensure optimal knowledge of tools within the department. Your expertise will help reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and drive impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability,
• Research and evaluate digital tools, technologies, and methodologies. Recommend specific solutions that align with business goals,
• Take ownership of new projects from inception to delivery. This includes coding, testing, and ensuring successful implementation,
• Be the go-to person for operational teams (OPS), research and innovation (R&I), and quality and food safety (QFS) when VBA macros or other tools encounter issues,
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to map out processes for robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives,
• Makes sure to expand knowledge of modern technology solutions and share this knowledge within the department, actively participates in internal Digital Communities, and builds networks and relationships with companies operating in the field of Supply Chain 4.0.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field,
• Professional experience in a similar position,
• Proven experience in digital project management, process automation, and tool implementation.
• Knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power Query on an advanced level, or other relevant programming languages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Good communication in English and Polish is a must.
