The Digital Product Owner (DPO) is one of the key operational roles within a Digital Customer Technology team. The DPO is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Product Management function, the DPO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the solution. The DPO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.
Your Impact
-You will represent the customer needs, balance stakeholder perspectives and take responsibility for proactive communication of the product roadmap
-You will take ownership of user story planning, writing and refinement, and answer questions from developers to clarify requirements
-You will act as a knowledge broker to resolve blockers
-You will lead Backlog Grooming sessions to decompose, estimate and refine stories with other product teams
-You will ensure proper business testing on user story level and participate in the preparation of product launches
Your Experience and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, data management or analytics
-Solid understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP MDG and other relevant SAP modules
-Profound knowledge of agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, SAFe
-Ability to analyze data to identify trends and risks
-Excellent analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking skills

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
