Ihre Aufgaben
- Development of customer centric products and establishment of product owner role within BWT
- Collaboration with internal customers, early adopters and stakeholders
- Distilling user inputs into stories, technical tasks and acceptance criteria
- Validating requirements against implementations
- Continuous monitoring of impact on business and customer value
- Aligning and prioritization of projects, standardizing of work flows and defining improvements
Ihr Profil
- Degree in technical or business study and 2+ years of work experience in delivering successful products to multinational customers
- Solid background in requirements engineering, product lifecycles and maturity gates
- Experience with ALM tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills
- Passion for technology and understanding of software and hardware development
- Fluent in English written and spoken, German beneficial
