You will join a curious SCRUM team of highly skilled colleagues who are always searching for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions. The team consists of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and the development team of analysts and developers. We own BESTSELLER’s TECH solutions servicing the collaboration with our designers and buyers and take pride in knowing what is needed and then some about our products, our technologies, and our engineering practices.YOUR JOB
We are in the middle of replacing our legacy ERP system with a new one, and we need someone in the front-line to engage with users and stakeholders as well as doing the actual design and user experience. We expect you to be an ambassador for design thinking – both internally in BESTSELLER TECH and externally towards our fashion brands. The position holds the following main responsibilities:

• Approach design strategically to ensure it is consistent and scalable
• Help build and improve our design system
• Create User Flows, low and high-fidelity designs, prototypes
• Assist the team throughout feature development
• Analyse user data and feedback to identify improvement areas
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Understand user needs and business goals to create designs that solve problems
• Take lead on agreed initiatives both in terms of user obsession and cross team collaboration

YOUR PROFILE
You have experience with user interface and user experience. But most importantly, we are looking for a colleague, who is genuinely excited by the opportunity to join a wonderful team in an ambitious organization and influence the future of an international business. We hope that you will bring the following to the job:

• Knowledge of design thinking principles
• Display knowledge within design systems, human-centered design, micro-interactions, web accessibility, visual design, motion design and responsiveness.
• Experience with tools like Figma
• Understanding of the basics of the web (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React would be a plus)
• Feeling comfortable working with an ERP system and designing UI for lots of data
