As a Senior Process Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence across the organization.In this dynamic position, you’ll analyze, design, and optimize business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend impactful solutions, and implement meaningful changes. • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Implement optimization and automation where opportunities exist
• Apply process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive continuous improvement
• Lead process redesign initiatives, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurement
• Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint improvement areas and develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and redesign and streamline processes
• Develop process documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor the performance of implemented process changes to ensure their efficiency
• Present reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives to senior management
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• A master’s degree or relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
• Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Vizagi)
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex data processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and organized, capable of managing several projects simultaneously
