Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions.The Digital Portfolio Analyst provides data insights on our IT Global Project and Resource Portfolio to the executive team, supporting decision-making in our IT investments management. The portfolio analyst is responsible for analyzing projects, workload, and resource data and developing reports on these assets, working in close collaboration with resource managers, the Project Management Office, and our various Business Unit (BU) IT Managers. This diverse position provides a great opportunity to work in a global organization and significantly impact various IT projects. The Digital Portfolio Analyst reports to the Digital Portfolio Manager.About The RoleResponsibilities:Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Portfolio Management methodologies and processes.Developing dashboards, graphics, KPIs and reports for executive management and others, driving the improvement projects to be implemented.Support the development of portfolio strategy, risk management, and forecasting, and embed project management methodologies effectively.Experience using project management and scheduling software, writing procedures and documenting processes.Skills and ExpertiseQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.8+ years of working experience as senior project or portfolio manager in an (international) IT organization.Proven experience in Portfolio Management in large, complex enterprises using Portfolio Management systems (e.g., Planview).Certification in IPMA, PMP, Prince2, or similar. Recent experience with Scrum and/or Agile is a plus.Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.Expectation from Role:Support the prioritization and sequencing of IT projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Engage with stakeholders to provide necessary insights and updates, advising on improvement opportunities in our portfolio- and project management methodologies.Oversee IT projects and identify necessary inputs, templates, and best practices for project prioritization and management.
