Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.Role Overview:Campari Hellas is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team based in Athens, reporting into the Marketing Director, starting in September 2024.The purpose of this role is to strengthen our digital presence consistently across channels and champion digital within all our marketing activity. The successful candidate will work across the core Campari Hellas portfolio of brands, including but not limited to Aperol, Campari, Crodino and Espolon.We are looking for someone that is on top of digital trends, a creative thinker, passionate about brand marketing, and a true team playerKey Responsibilities and Activities

  • Insight & Trends
  • Responsible for supporting the brand team with gaining insights using digital tools such as Social Listening (Sprinklr), Search Listening, Google Trends, and other online sources.
  • Responsible for seeking out new digital tools, trends, and techniques that might be of benefit to our business and brands and sharing learnings and recommendations with the broader business.
  • Planning & Activation

  • Responsible for localisation of global brand websites, local SEO input, and e-CRM coordination.
  • Lead social community Management for the brands if and when we have local profiles, as well as guarantee continuity of organic feed.
  • Lead development of locally relevant assets to fulfil organic social needs, in alignment with Brand Teams.
  • Support local brand team to maximise the use of global brand assets for online channels.
  • Consult for social content creation and adaption from a global level

  • Lead development of real time content connected with experiential events (organic and/or paid), in alignment with Brand Teams and local Media agency
  • Provide inputs for Brand Teams on content development, formats, and adaptation of global assets aligned with the needs of the proposed media plan
  • Lead amplification of local upcoming direct to consumer websites managed globally.

  • Works in partnership with PR team to propose digital influencer strategy and opportunities for the brands.
  • Evaluation
  • Responsible for setting KPIs for our digital activity that align with our business and brand objectives, and for the thorough evaluation of own activities. Also responsible for making recommendations for how we can further drive the effectiveness of all our digital activity.
  • As part of this, the DMS will have the responsibility of managing the relationship with specialist agencies in this area.
  • Financial Management
  • Responsible for managing the relevant A&P budgets as per the above activities.
  • Collaboration
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist needs to work in close collaboration with the Brand team and will be the ‘point person’ for digital marketing across the Group.
  • Responsible for sharing best practice with both Group functions and with other markets.

Key RelationshipsReporting Lines:

  • Reports to Marketing Director

Other Internal Relationships:

  • Within Campari Hellas with the Marketing team and Channel and Customer Marketing team
  • Within the broader Group with Global Consumer Engagement Team, Global Brand Teams, Global/Regional IT, Legal Manager and Group Data Protection Officer

External Relationships:

  • Agency partners, Digital & Social Insight Partners, Digital Platform Partners (e.g., google, meta)

Experience and SkillsExperience:

  • 3+ years of ’rounded’ experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both Paid Digital Media as well as Organic and Digital Content Production and websites (SEO and e-commerce, a nice to have).
  • Ability to clearly identify how the defined activities fit within the broader business and brand strategies.
  • Proven ability of creating, executing and continually optimizing successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in using social listening tools, with experience of Sprinklr a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG, not necessarily in Spirits/Beverage category.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in Media / Digital agency is a strong plus.

Skills:

  • Accustomed to digital media jargon and KPIs (e.g. CPM, CPC, engagement rate, frequency cap, audience targeting, viewability, link clicks, 3s views)
  • Previous experience leveraging and assessing data for key online insights (e.g., social listening, sentiment analysis, KPIs like mentions, hashtag, engagement rate, reach, …), SEO optimization, content efficacy assessment (e.g., visibility, engagement rates, formats, lengths optimization rules)
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and multi-task across numerous work streams.
  • Team worker with passion, high energy and drive.
