Digital Marketing Analyst(Full-time/Part-time, 32-38 hours a week)Introduction

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analyst at Action. You will leverage your analytical skills to drive our digital marketing strategies. Your insights will be key in optimizing online campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring data-driven decision-making to boost our digital presence and performance.Responsibilities
Identify trends, patterns, and insights regarding the effects of (digital) marketing efforts and market/country/seasonality trends on product/category/global performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and ad-hoc analyses/reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engaged sessions, and offline store revenue.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to gather and examine data.
Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
Provide recommendations for improving user experience and increasing customer engagement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.What you offerYou are a strategic thinker with the ability to put digital advertising into practice. You have a keen eye for detail and take a structured approach to your work. Your communication skills and ability to work with others allow you to interact well with stakeholders within and outside our organisation. You can turn strategic insights into specific actions and create value through smart budget allocation.You also have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related analytics field
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working experience in building and maintaining automated reports and dashboards.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate to (non-)technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
