These range from identifying threats and vulnerabilities to planning, designing, and implementing the relevant technological, legal, organisational, insurance, and risk-retention countermeasures.Spike Reply services include ICT Security and Personal Data Protection Advisor and it declines its own offer of services on three areas of competence: Processes, Applications, and Technologies.YOUR OPPORTUNITY – Digital Identity Consultant:We are looking for professionals who want to support Spike Reply in his innovative and challenging consultancy projects, dedicated 100% to IT Security linked to Digital Identity Security, i.e. the protection of identities and their accesses to IT systems for our main customers in Italy and Europe.The candidate will apply for a full-time position, joining one of our teams based in Rome and will have the opportunity to focus on Digital Identity and Access Management practice.We are looking for CyberSecurity enthusiasts with strong analytical skills and motivated in problem solving who want to grow professionally also through continuous learning and the achievement of important professional certifications.

POSITION AND JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Digital Identity Security Consultant:

• You will join project teams working on Identity and Access Management platforms.
• You will use new control access methods and solutions.
• You will have the opportunity to manage different solutions in many industry sectors.
• You will develop the ability to define identity management solutions for the customer.

We are going to support you in building your technical skills with training and certifications.REQUIRED SKILLS (technical skills, soft skills, industry skills):

• An overall aptitude to understand and match the customer’s needs with products and technologies, designing and implementing the final solution.
• Digital identity management knowledge.
• Control access methods and technologies.
• Basic system administration and networking.
• Very good communication skills
• Very good organizational skills, activity prioritization, and time management
• Teamwork & flexibility
• Continuous learning
