Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityAs a Functional Analyst and Digital Expert, you will join our dynamic and dedicated Payments Acceptance Management team in Rome or Milan. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to our top clients by gathering their requirements and coordinating internal activities for the implementation of solutions and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for a customer cluster consisting of large corporates and top clients, with the primary goal of understanding the available solutions, including technically. Additionally, you will have the ability to act as a project manager for special activities focused on developing new products and services for the customers.Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Provide end-to-end support for top customers by collecting needs
  • Gather business goals through engaging with clients. Elicit requirements to structurally translate client needs to technical teams
  • Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements
  • Coordinate internal activities necessary for the implementation of solutions and services
  • Act as a project manager for activities aimed at developing new products and services
  • Manage expenses and deliveries related to customer support activities
  • Utilize project management techniques to successfully manage customer support and project activities
  • Effectively bridge technical and business aspects of the role, providing support both to the sales team and technical team

  • Degree in Information Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience as Functional Analyst or PM in the Payment Industry
  • You have experience in Customer Support activities, preferably with large clients
  • You have knowledge of EMV protocol, International and domestic Scheme regulation
  • You have technical knowledge of POS terminals and card-based payment systems as well as Terminal Management System.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce systems, CMS, plug-ins and Digital payments based on wallet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • You are fluent both Italian and English to liaise with our international clients
