Position Summary :

Lead the implementation of Global Digital Education Strategy in the EMEA region. Support the implementation ongoing development of E-Learning in the region, drive Artistry Education content creation in the EMEA region & support other departments local market leaders with their Digital Needs Requirements to engage the artist community in Brand Priorities.

Key Areas of Support :

1.DIGITAL STRATEGY

  • Ensure digital training programs and initiatives align with and support business objectives

  • Track and organize Education Department budget and expenses for digital projects

  • Analyze employee feedback and establish success metrics of e-learning programs, video content and local learning initiatives.

  • Deliver Digital Strategy Overview Workshops when needed, i.e. Training Academy sessions.

2. MAC X

  • Participate in all quarterly Digital Education Webinars with regional peers hosted by Global Digital Education to identify region-specific e-learning and video content gaps that inform regional seasonal strategies for digital content

  • Manage Translation process for all EMEA Languages with Languagewire, including kicking off projects with the team and managing the validators to ensure deadlines are met. Tracking the Publishing Uploading of content to the MAC X platform and following up with Digital Leads on incomplete tasks.

  • With support of the Retail Education Intern publishing uploading content for specific markets where resources are lacking.

  • Collate regular feedback from regional teams on MMX User Experience, video and e-learning content through surveys and questionaries’ and send to Global

  • With Support of the Retail Education Intern mange all EMEA queries through the specific Regional Support Inbox

  • Work with markets who use ELC Academy for Multi-Brand Staff to establish learning content available to them.

  • Manage regional video uploads, translation and organization for regional and market folders in both Brightcove and in the CMS

  • Taking the Global Digital Learning Plan template and creating an example template for the teams to use in the back office.

  • Driving regional incentives around MAC X

  • Delivering Data and Analytic reports to the regional team to understand completion and also to use this to follow up with the markets.

3. VIDEO CONTENT

  • Upload any Regionally Created Content to Brightcove and determine translation requirements.

  • Build a folder of Education Videos throughout Fiscal to use for Year End Highlight Videos.

4. SUPPORT DIGITAL TRAINERS/LEADS

  • Digital Education Excellence Calls with Digital Leads to share necessary Global, Regional updates and also identify and champion markets who are leading the way in Digital.

  • Liaise with other DEMs in Other regions and our MMX leads to ensure translation is split fairly between markets who share languages. Attend Kick Off Calls each season with the teams to set them up for success.

  • Update the MMX Handbook Checklist as needed when changes to processes are made and distribute this to the team so they are aware.

  • Provide Translation Tracker to markets so they know where they are in terms of validation of projects.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English

  • Masters Degree or Equivalent

  • 1-2 Years Experience
