Based on the input of the divisional teams, it is the team’s mission to create a smooth journey across all chapters of the customer journey. Through digital innovation, the team guides the organization to ensure all pillars of the Digital Customer Journey are aligned.
We are looking for a Digital Customer Journey Manager for PTBA to lead this team to develop end-to-end vision and strategy of the digital customer journey.
The Digital Customer Journey Manager will lead the Customer Journey Team for the entire Business Area. You report to the PTS Divisional President.Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • You will define vision & strategy for the End-to-End Digital Customer Journey
  • You will collaborate closely with all Divisions involved to ensure we build a journey that works for all involved parties
  • You will manage a team of Competence Managers, who are each responsible for a pillar out of the customer journey
  • You will align all of the pillars to ensure we have a smooth and friction free customer journey
  • You will ensure the PT organization is equipped with the right tools and competencies, to achieve profitable growth for the Business Area
  • You will follow up on successful development, implementation and adoption of every tool used within the customer journey
  • You will ensure core KPIs are in place to measure the success of the tools and their impact on the journey and results
  • You will share best practices amongst the pillars, as well as with the business
  • You will benchmark openly with other Business Areas to discover and share best practices
  • You will benchmark openly with external organizations and look for improvement opportunities
  • You will manage and govern budget and timing
  • You will be a standing member of the Communication Council and Marketing Council of PTBA

EducationEducation: Master in business, engineering, communications or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and an experience of minimum 5 years.Skills
  • Knowledge of the customer journey, preferable from PTBA
  • Knowledge of the marketing and sales process, preferable from PTBA
  • Project management skills
  • Track record in Sales, Sales Management or Marketing can provide you with a solid background
  • Fluent in English, as this is our internal language
