Born from the union of Psicologia.io, leader of training in the panorama of professional psychology and psychotherapy and Giunti Psychometrics.We are an Italian multinational training company offering master’s programs and online courses specifically designed for psychologists.We are looking for a specialist in digital acquisition and user experience optimization to help us attract new customers and improve conversion, engagement, and customer retention.As a Digital Customer Intelligence Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Agency and Partner Selection: Choosing agencies and partners to accelerate online sales.
- User Acquisition (Psychologists): Increase visits from psychologists interested in quality training. Optimize conversion to turn visits into registered customers using A/B testing and all necessary technical tools:
- Technical and content SEO.
- Improving user experience (UX), purchasing processes, and payment methods.
- Online advertising, social media, and paid media (SEM, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Client Intelligence: Segmenting and personalizing customers and products, implementing more effective marketing campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI) and the relevance of products offered to different customer groups.
- Customer Retention: Create and implement personalized strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement, improving retention rates.
- Monitoring and Reporting System: Establish sales growth goals, conversion rates, average ticket size, retention rates, and other relevant KPIs to measure and analyze business performance and the impact of implemented campaigns and actions, while gaining insights into user behavior.
- Product Catalog Management: Coordinate the online management of the product catalog, ensuring that the offering of products and services is properly organized and updated on the website for each customer type to enhance sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital acquisition strategies, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, and social media to accelerate conversion, development, and customer retention in digital environments.
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar, A/B testing (Google Optimize, Optimizely).
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Skills in defining and implementing cross-selling and up-selling workflows.
- Familiarity with payment systems and optimization of the online purchasing experience.
- Languages: Native Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Location: Preferably in Turin.
- Experience in training or e-learning projects is a plus.
- Knowledge in psychology will be positively evaluated.
