The Digital Content Specialist manages the collection, organization, maintenance, archival and delivery of digital content assets. The analyst is experienced and comfortable working with creative assets, including, but not limited to, the following asset types: Creative, Audio, Video, Visual format ( JPG, PNG, TIF ), Adobe Creative Suite file types ( AI, PSD, EPS) and Microsoft Office Documents of all types

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Configuring, operating, maintaining, and monitoring media data management systems
•    Provides system access and adds new users to their respective groups
•    Monitors use of digital assets, compliance, and copyrights; Promotion and optimization of assets
•    Manages and monitors the access and use of digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and copyrights. Provides assistance and training to users
•    Manages bulk content ingestions; add metadata, bulk add metadata, bulk export metadata
•    Store, catalog, organize and archive assets and create asset reports
•    Identify and transfer assets to users as needed to support marketing success

Skills and relevant word experience:

•   Experience with E-Commerce platforms, Content management, wordpress, sharepoint folders

•    Proficient at workflow management and troubleshooting
•    Good communication & stakeholder management skills
•    Good planning and organizing skills
•    Very good attention to details
•    Comfortable with creative asset types such as: Creative, Audio, Video, Microsoft Office, Photography (RAW, JPG, Layered), Adobe Creative Suite
•    Language Skills: English B2
