As Digital & Communication Specialist in ROCKWOOL Italia, you’ll play an active and operational role in strengthening our brand awareness in the market by enhancing our marketing and communication strategy.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, you’ll focus on our digital presence and drive successful marketing campaigns while supporting the Communication manager Italy in the day-to-day activities of the Marketing & Branding Department.

Key Responsibilities

Digital transformation

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Implement lead generation actions/campaigns, improving customer experience via digital tools, including webinars and marketing automation tool.
  • Create and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement, coordinating the external agency.
  • Monitor and update local web site contents.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, assessing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Communication

  • Prepare and implement design, layout, and contents for all outgoing marketing communication (leaflet, brochure, banner, presentations…), securing visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Secure coordination with external stakeholders (agencies, printing companies, others…).
  • Organize events (seminars, workshops, trade fairs, etc.) managing the logistic aspects, promo materials, distribution, and storage.
  • Strong cooperation with Sales department to implement sales promotion actions, events, POS materials.
  • Contribute on the operational and financial management tasks of the department (budget, estimations, expenditures).

About you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing and communication
  • Proven knowledge in leading and managing marketing databases, email marketing, other digital tools.
  • Writing skills
  • Collaborative and Digital mind-set approach
  • Flexibility in adapting plans according to local/global needs
  • KPI’s and results focus
  • Excellent command of the Italian and English language

A B2B working experience is considered a plus.
