Digital Communication Specialist
Do you have an interest in social media and other digital channels? Maybe you are our next Digital Communications Specialist at Lundbeck!
You will join our Corporate Communications & Branding team and be responsible for planning and producing high-quality editorial materials around Lundbeck’s purpose of advancing brain health and transforming lives. We look for crisp, engaging content, fit for a fast-moving digital world that helps tell the story of Lundbeck, who we are and what we’re here to do.
Your new role
You will actively drive our editorial calendar in support of our strategic business objectives, and work cross-functionally with teams in headquarters as well as with affiliates to identify compelling stories and get the material produced, signed off and posted where they will have the most impact.
Our channels are varied, and every day is different – one day you could be conceptualizing a social media takeover by one of our researchers and shooting vox pops for our intranet, while the next day you might support our CEO with strategic thought-leadership posts for LinkedIn.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to:
-Plan, produce and publish campaigns and content adapted to various target groups for internal and external channels in alignment with regulations governing social media for the pharmaceutical industry
-Use your digital storytelling skills to build understanding of our Focused Innovator Strategy internally and externally
-Design thought-leadership strategies and generally advise senior leaders on the type of content that is engaging for their audiences
-Manage our global social media accounts in close collaboration with our affiliates to ensure coherent branding and messaging
-Grow our online presence, focusing on community engagement and retention
-Utilize data analytics and track KPIs to monitor community trends and develop community growth strategies
and produce reports with actionable insights
-Lead our Global Ambassador Program #BrainFluencers in collaboration with colleagues in People & Culture
-Be responsible for the content management of Lundbeck’s global Intranet
-Moderate various video formats (e.g., expert interviews, financial results)
Your future team
You would be joining an awesome team in Corporate Communication & Branding that likes to work hard and have fun, too. It’s a place where you can be yourself, enjoy your work and feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You are strategic as well as operational, with the ability to adapt editorial plans to business objectives and create creative content quickly and efficiently. Ideally you have at least 5 years of experience from working in an international pharmaceutical environment. You understand the power of a strong brand and the importance of consistency across messages, channels, and geographies. You also know how to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and that speed doesn’t have to come at the cost of high quality!
Our promise to you
Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives. We want to go faster and further on addressing the big unmet needs of people living with brain disorders. We offer rewarding careers with a mix of exciting tasks and development opportunities that are balanced with initiatives focused on your well-being.
