Partner with the best

As Digital and Communication Specialist, you will provide contribution to the Custom Rotors Manufacturing Cell to improve the communication across manufacturing departements, improve traceability and on-time delivery for Quality documentation, increase the predictability of direct labour hours by leveraging Data Analysis and Digital Tools.

You’ll unite Shop ops and Method Mfg Engineer to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As Digital and Communication Specialist you will be responsible for :

• creating connection within Mfg Engineers, Shopfloor, Quality and Planning Depts, in order to ensure the communication across the Custom Rotor Machining Cell
• Working with Mfg Engineers you will increase the predictability of direct labour hours by leveraging hystorical production data for the accurate estimation of direct labor hours for Centrifugal Compressor Impellers and other key products of our Business.
• Working with Mfg Engineers and Quality Inspectors you will improve traceability and on-time delivery for Quality certificates.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

• Have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering discipline.
• Base knowledge of Data Analysis and Digital Tools.
• Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluation.
