The Sky IT – Customer Digital Channel area mission is to offer Sky Customers effective digital products to manage their contracts, keep costs, payments, order tracking under control, discover dedicated offers, resolve issues and find information they need on Sky products or services by theirselves.As a Delivery Manager in Customer Digital Channel, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for our digital products and services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.You will be an exceptional leader and will be accountable for the delivery of a batch of digital products developed and maintained by Agile teams; you will work closely with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to enable the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives.Applying a highly collaborative approach, you will be in charge of collecting the digital products roadmap, ensuring the consistent on-time delivery of high quality software applications and the excellent service to customers.Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple delivery teams whilst developing/maintaining an achievable delivery roadmap;
  • Facilitate the delivery process within digital channels, ensuring Agile principles, working closely with scrum master;
  • Educate business stakeholders on the benefits of agile delivery and influencing their behaviour to support this delivery method;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements in the digital domain;
  • Enable teams to self-organize, make decisions, and resolve conflicts to deliver high-quality digital products and services;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan the roadmap, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation;
  • Monitor and track project progress within digital channels, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of digital products and services;
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the delivery process, including planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure on-time and accurate delivery;
  • Collaborate with other delivery managers and scrum master to align on delivery strategies, priorities, and customer requirements;
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus to ensure exceptional delivery service;
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, or escalations related to delivery, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, seeking feedback and continuously striving to exceed their expectations.
