If so, we are looking for an Advanced Digital Business Consultant to enable and empower Product Supply to navigate in the vast space of new technologies – apply now!The PositionWe are looking for a new colleague who will be an imperative part of complex initiatives in our centralized Product Supply New Tech Partnering unit. The tasks for the role will vary in content and complexity but will require strong analytical skills and a deep fundamental technical understanding. You will be part of an experienced team, delivering technical solutions for complex processes whilst pushing Product Supply to its maximum potential. You will be working in close collaboration with a Senior Product Manager who will maintain a focus in navigating the large organization, complex processes, and senior stakeholder landscape.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:Deliver in-depth analyses by generating a thorough understanding of diverse business processes in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.Uncover and visualize clear as-is and to-be processes for decision, optimization, and communication purposes.Ensure a continuous focus on delivering tangible value to the Line of business by closely collaborating with affected colleagues.Be a proactive and close partner to the Product Supply Line of Business to continuously increase their technical maturity. Inspire across Product Supply with technological opportunities, ways of working, and efficient compliance processes.Contribute actively across the internal team with concrete insights from internal and external experiences.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, we expect you to have:Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully participating in transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of IT and preferably new technologies.Experience with agile development methodologies and/or IT project management.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for technical solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare, or financeFluent English communication skills.We are looking for a team player who is motivated by participating in a diverse portfolio of projects that deliver significant value.
