This role involves strategizing, implementing, and optimizing systems to ensure seamless operations and compliance. You will also ensure timely delivery and alignment for projects. Additionally, you will develop user-friendly tools and systems to scale brand and design efforts, maintain brand coherence, drive cost savings, expedite execution, and enhance brand equity.You will be reporting to the Head of Branding & Design in HQ, Denmark and be part of the team of Branding & Design.Key Responsibilities:People management:

  • Lead a team of graphic designers, digital solution specialists, and operations assistants.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment in the team, within the full Branding & Design team in HQ and toward the organisation.
  • Oversee team performance with a focus on well-being, growth, and development.

Brand system solution ownership:

  • Lead and manage the organization’s DAM system (Bynder), along with other digital branding solutions, asset management systems, and the global E-shop. Develop high-performing, user-friendly tools and systems to scale brand and design efforts, ensure brand coherence to drive cost savings, expedite execution, and enhance brand equity.
  • Maintain brand system operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evolve DAM strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external suppliers related to brand system platforms.
  • Oversee system integrations and develop standards for asset management, including file naming conventions, metadata structures, and taxonomy.
  • Lead new system launches and updates (e.g., change management, communication and training, templates, folder structure, information architecture etc.).
  • Provide frontline user support to ensure smooth user experiences for all tools and systems.

Project management:

  • Lead and manage brand and design projects, ensuring efficient workflows, timelines, and quality control.
  • Track project progress, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and change management.
  • Monitor and report project KPIs, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.

Engagement:

  • Lead and drive project activation, communication and engagement programs across the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance for countries and global functions regarding brand execution through our digital tools.
  • Act as the Brand Guardian for the brand community, providing training and mentorship to the organisation to ensure a unified and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Job Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing digital solutions within branding/marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of content management systems and digital asset management (DAM) and proficiency in managing DAM systems and content management tools (e.g., Bynder, Templafy, Versionizer) and other relevant digital tools.
  • Strong project management and people management skills.
  • Strong collaborative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, both locally and globally – and virtually.
  • Open to periodic travel to HQ in Denmark for in-person meetings throughout the year.
