Our client is a fast-growing European group, provides high value-added services for the tax and legal professions. Located in Belgium, their teams create and manage quality applications and platforms to bring their digital products to market.To help them analyze and optimize the use of their products and the acquisition of new customers, they are looking for a Digital Analyst.Within the Marketing department, in permanent alignment with the business, IT and Data teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the collection of behavioral data on their entire digital ecosystem (e-commerce, corporate and commercial websites, digital products) and the monitoring of their campaigns (tracking and attribution) in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Analyzing navigation and conversion behaviors of their customers and prospects in order to improve the customer journey and the business performance.
  • Supporting business teams in defining their needs, meeting them through analysis based on digital data and the setting up of appropriate reports and dashboards.
  • Defining best practices for campaign tracking and attribution and supporting their implementation.
  • Working with IT and Data teams on the ingestion of the behavioral data into the central data storage.
  • Supporting the company in the selection and deployment of advanced analysis and visualization solutions.
  • Supporting the activation of the first-party data in order to improve our business performance.

Position of a Digital Analyst|Have visible impact on the organization

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital analytics (advertiser and/or agency)
  • Ability to communicate (written/oral) in English at least
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage up effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of a TMS tool (GTM, TagCommander, etc..)
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one web analysis tool (Piano Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of a self BI tool (PowerBI, Looker Data Studio, etc.)
  • Knowledge of a CMP tool (Didomi, TrustCommander, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Javascript and SQL
