Do you have excellent experience as a Digital Adoption Manager and are you looking for a new job adventure in a rewarding industry?If yes, apply today!Location: Denmark, remote.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES5 years related experience in a Cybersecurity position as Digital Adoption Manager or project manager or leading a development team * Cybersecurity, development and architect business know-how, especially an understanding of how digital adoption affects the business’ short and long-term financial and security goals
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc… and project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, etc.
- Be cyber-tech-savvy with project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Writing skills, especially as they relate to content creation
- Available to travel once each three months (Europe)
- Strong English language capabilities (oral and written)
- Able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Leadership in Cybersecurity technology adoption and change management, increasing employee engagement and ensuring a seamless user experience
- Manage and monitor the processes, workflow disruptions & establishing a post-Go-live support model (create space to collect feedback)
- Managing & implementing comprehensive training programs
- Elaboration of blueprints and white papers
- Track the integration, fine-tune the process to suit evolving need of the business and customers
- Senior Project Manager with cross-functional team communication and daily stand-ups for progress between developers and digital project managers and stakeholders
- Making technology/digital investments profitable
