Warehouse Team LeadersDHL Supply Chain Denmark A/S, GreveDHL Supply Chain Denmark A/S, site Greve is operating as a 100% contract warehouse within Life Science handling Finished Goods for a large Danish pharmaceutical manufacturer. We have a strong safety culture “Safety First” and a quality mindset, which should also be in your DNA.We are looking for two new Team leaders. One for our Value Added Service Team at the warehouse (Pre-pack) and one for the general Warehouse Team (day and evening shift). As part of the daily local Operations management team you will have a direct influence on safety, quality and operational performance.As a leader in DHL you will lead with head, heart and guts and always balance respect and results.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance of your Team (Value Added Services or Inbound and Outbound warehouse operations)
- Conduct daily resource planning for the team
- Conduct the resource planning for the team including weekend shift if required
- Leading and coordination work for the team
- Participate in the warehouse work
- Introduce and train new team members and ensure that team members are up to date with new and existing procedures and work instructions
- Management of the teams time reporting
- Ensure daily meetings and briefings of the team via Performance Dialogue or similar
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Reporting of safety and quality issues
- Set a good example for work and behavior – be a role model
Skills and qualifications
- Preferable experience working in a GMP/GDP environment from the life science industry, or alternatively experience of another line of business with high demands in terms of quality and documentation.
- Some years of experience from a similar role preferably from a warehouse or manufacturing area
- Excellent planning skills and experienced and familiar with the use of IT (Microsoft Offices and WMS, SAP, preferably Blue Yonder)
- Good inter-personal skills. Able to build strong relationship internally and with all key stakeholders.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and result oriented
- Positive attitude with a sense of humor
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language both spoken and in writing
Working hours: Both jobs are full time positions equal to 37 hours per week. We operate between 06:00 AM and 09:00 PM on weekdays and 08:00 AM and 02:00 PM in the week-end. We expect that your normal working hours on site are between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM. However, some mutual flexibility is required and expected.
