Job description

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medior DevOps Engineer to join our Fraud Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Linux, Ansible, Azure DevOps, YAML, and Python. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that support our fraud detection and prevention systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Ansible.
• Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to streamline and enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools in Python for automation and system integration.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met within the infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Knowledge of YAML for configuration management.
• Proficient in Python programming for automation and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention systems.
• Familiarity with other DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation).
