You will play a pivotal role in creating visually impactful designs that align with our brand identity. In this role, you will also be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-friendly web interfaces.This role requires a strong background in both web design and front-end development, ensuring seamless integration between aesthetics and functionality.    About the jobWeb DesignCreate visually appealing and intuitive web designs that enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain UI components, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.Brand ConsistencyEnsure consistency in branding elements, style, and messaging across all design assets to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.Quality AssuranceConduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues. Ensure that the final product aligns with the original design and meets quality standards.CodingTranslate design concepts into responsive front-end code using HTML and CSS. Collaborate with the development team to implement and integrate design elements into websites.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing officers, and product owners, to bring design concepts to life.Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.About youHave a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and front-end technologies.Possess excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.Be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Work well in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.Have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.Understand responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.Be detail-oriented and able to oversee projects from concept to final implementation.Must have

• Creative and autonomous.
• Knowledge of fundamental typography & design principles.
• Understanding of branding principles & design best practices.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools.
• A excellent understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Git / Github / Bootstrap 5
• Any other European language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Odoo Website Builder and CMS.
• Knowledge of ERP or digital product development process.
• Knowledge in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
