Design Verification Engineer – Krakow, Poland
Location: Krakow, Poland (On-site)

We are hiring a Senior Design Verification Engineer to join a leading semiconductor company at the forefront of System IP and SoC integration automation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge SoC designs and help shape verification strategy, automation, and methodology across the full lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

-Lead simulation-based verification using Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens tools
-Develop Python-based validation and automation flows (IP-XACT, headers, documentation)
-Enhance CI pipelines, metrics, and overall verification efficiency
-Drive methodology and quality improvements across projects
What we’re looking for:

-4+ years of RTL/DV experience
-Strong SystemVerilog + UVM skills (VHDL/Verilog helpful)
-Solid Python programming ability
-Proactive, quality-driven, and autonomous mindset
