When you join the NCI Agency, you will be part of an organization where you can contribute authentically to the mission and purpose of NATO and help us keep our technological edge.About the job:Based in Mons, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join NCI Agency Enterprise Services (NES) that provides and manages technical, creative and administrative services to the NCI Agency. NES provides direct services for the NCI Agency’s major locations (Brussels, The Hague, Mons, Oeiras and Braine-l’Alleud), and the guidance to the NCI Agency general service functions at the geographically dispersed locations. NES includes eight branches: Security; Facility; Design and Delivery of C4ISR Prototypes; Travel and Transport; Supply and Stores; Conference Services; Creative Media Support and Registry.We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Deputy Site Security Manager who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:

• Deputize for SSM Mons;
• Undertake the daily administration of the Mons Security Office including the oversight and technical direction of the Security Office and Security Control Centre (SCC) functions;
• Manage and maintain the Mons Security Office input to the NCI Agency Central security database and the NCI Agency Mons Personnel Security database;
• Draft, manage and update local SOPs, local Internal Security and Emergency Evacuation Plans;
• Contribute to Installation Security Risk Management.

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (or an equivalent/ a diploma) with 3 years post-related experience;
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
• Extensive relevant police/security/counter-intelligence experience, with some supervisory responsibility, preferably in managing protective security, physical protective security (including Hostile Vehicle Mitigation), Security of Information, personnel security, Information Assurance (IA), Security Education, Force Protection;
• Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, good briefing skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
