You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.As a Deputy Project Engineering Manager, you will Assist the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) to manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.You will be responsible to:

  • Support Technical Contractual Scope Management by managing scope, providing expertise, identifying and mitigating risks, and validating technical design choices.
  • Assist in Project Solution Management by ensuring technical requirements are fulfilled, supporting Project Change Control Board, and verifying Engineering Work Package and Project Safety Case.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Team Support by allocating tasks, defining project engineering team organization, deploying engineering processes, evaluating team performance, and sharing EHS rules.
  • Collaborate in project design, application engineering, and Verification and Validation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in team assessment, including teams from different Regional Centers.

Interface Management with Project Core Team:

  • Collaborate with the Project Engineering Manager to provide technical documentation to project core team members and support onshore technical activities.
  • Support in resolving technical issues and coordinate actions during the project warranty phase.
  • Provide technical support to the Project Quality Safety Manager in consolidating project feedback and assist the RC Project Engineering Domain/Metiers Department Head in knowledge capitalization activities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or scientific subjects
  • Engineering background and hands-on experience in full lifecycle project deployment, team management, cost, planning control, and customer relationship experience in contractual situations.
  • Fluent in English and Danish language will be a plus.
  • Desirable attributes: products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M), engineering product development full lifecycle view, and safety background.
