YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

* In this exciting position with deputy leadership, you are responsible for and optimise the entire production process

* You manage the areas of defrosting, preparation and packaging, which you lead both disciplinarily and professionally and are responsible for the compliance and further development of the processes.

* Ensuring compliance with and monitoring of quality standards, hygiene regulations and legal requirements are also part of your responsibilities

* You will work closely with the production management and the specialist departments.

* You are responsible for the daily production and the coordination with the production planning.

* Representing the production manager during his absence rounds off your responsibilities

THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

* You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally in the food sector

* You have several years of professional experience in a production company – preferably in the food industry

* You have knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system – ideally MS Dynamics 365

* You are a team player who nevertheless leads your team through communication and leadership skills

* You are willing to work in 2 shifts from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no night shift) and in refrigerated areas (mainly between 2 and 8 degrees)

* You keep an overview in stressful situations and have hands-on mentality

* You have leadership experience, especially with multicultural teams

* Very good German language skills and knowledge of any other language complete your profile
