About the roleYou will be responsible for all aspects of Imperial College’s Student Administration Operations including student records, assessment records and curriculum data management. You will be a key role holder linking with academic departments to drive data quality enhancements. You will be the ‘business lead’ for iterative (student record management) system improvements, working alongside ICT to prioritise Registry and faculty needs against procedures and external policy changes.What you would be doingYou will lead continuous improvement in policy and practice for the Registry operations teams. You will have a consultative, collaborative and inclusive approach to development, working with faculties to influence change. You will work with faculty representatives to ensure any changes are effectively communicated with stakeholders to ensure adoption across the university. You will be working with ICT for iterative system developments and with the senior leadership team for larger project initiatives. You will be supporting the Director of Student Administration to build a resilient and coherent team.What we are looking forAn experienced higher education professional with
- Student record management experience
- Proven management experience and the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Experience of introducing procedures to support data quality
- Ability to engender a spirit of collaboration and consultation
- Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of staff

The role will be based at the new hub, however the role holder will be expected to work on other campuses as required.
