Your new role
As an Assistant RareD and P&O, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting leaders across Rare Disease and People & Organisation departments. You will act as a central point of coordination, helping drive effective planning, communication and execution of activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:

-Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, events and conferences, including travel and accommodation arrangements

-Supporting department heads with project coordination and daily operational tasks
type=”disc”-
-Maintaining organized contracts and ensuring compliance with requirements, including coordinating contract review forms, validation, and archiving
type=”disc”-
-Managing invoices, purchase orders, expense reports and related documentation
type=”disc”-
-Supporting and coordinating the tender process, ensuring compliance and maintaining up-to-date and structured documentation

-Supporting the operations of the Novo Nordisk office reception
Your new department
Rare Disease is a specialised area within Novo Nordisk that focuses on improving the lives of patients with rare conditions. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering solutions that make a difference. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives. You will also have opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing team and Key Accounts Managers working on tenders.
The People & Organisation team is equally dynamic, focusing on building a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive. Together, these departments offer a stimulating environment where your work has real impact, and you can grow your skills across coordination, communication, and project-oriented activities.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of ownership to daily operations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and leaders across RareD and P&O, so a service-minded approach, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities are essential.
To be successful in this position, we imagine you have:
-A Bachelor’s or master’s degree

-At least 2 years of assistant experience, while additional project management experience will be advantageous

-Excellent organisational and communication skills

-Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Communicative English skills to help you collaborate effectively with international partners – a strong advantage

-Ability to plan, prioritise, execute tasks and follow up effectively while anticipating potential challenges
