- Reporting to the Global Senior Director of StudyPro, you will hold an Assistant position with a key focus on financial controlling for both project and LoB budgets.
- This challenging role will involve close collaboration with the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team in StudyPro, ensuring smooth budget processes, efficient planning and maintenance, accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures, and providing insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.
- Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring the timely completion of all key tasks and deadlines related to the management annual cycle.
Lastly, as part of the administrative network across the CVP area, you will collaborate on coordination and projects, drive ongoing improvements, and engage in knowledge sharing initiatives.QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in complex administrative roles.
- Highly developed budget management skills and a strong business acumen.
- A digital mindset with excellent proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and an ability to quickly master new IT systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
